Identity Check

As part of the Account creation, Members are required to upload identification documents to verify their identity. 

• Identity check status 

  • Upload an identification document to verify your identity check status. 

  • The document could be one of the following as Passport, National ID card, driver’s license, Employee ID and Other government-issued photo identification document. 

  • Ensure that the document is valid and has not expired. 

  • Ensure that you can see the full document and that it is clear.
